Korean Resource Grammar.
Note: the version described here is the latest version, which we hope to provide a link for soon. The grammar on the official page is a little out of date.
The Korean Resource Grammar was built by Jong-Bok Kim and Jaehyung Yang.
A revised matrix-compliant version is being rebuilt by SanghounSong and FrancisBond. You can find it at:

Encoding Issues
CLIM does not currently support entering Korean directly under linux. Instead, we recommend you enter it though emacs.
To show Korean in the output either
use pangolui (see Alternative Lui Implementations on the LkbLui page) (FrancisBond recommends this)
specify Korean fonts in the .luirc (see LuiRc)
